Do you give a meal plan?
This may surprise you, but following a meal plan is the number one reason why a diet fails. I talk about this in depth in the course, but following a meal plan tells you WHAT to eat, but doesn't teach you HOW to eat. Instead, I teach you how to make your own meal plan and I give you mine as inspiration.
Who are you to teach about weight loss?
Aside from being a certified transformational macro nutrition coach, I've coached dozens of women both in a 1-on-1 and group setting. I've also myself lost over 30 lbs and maintained it and I teach the exact methods in this course. I also taught high school chemistry for almost 10 years, so I've been an educator for quite some time now!
What if you make updates to this course?
You have lifetime access to this course, which includes any and all updates.
Do I need to belong to a gym?
No, you don't need to belong to a gym. Nor do you need to exercise to lose weight and keep it off! Exercise helps and is good for your body, mind, joints, cardiovascular system, of course, but it is NOT the primary driver of weight loss! I do talk about all this in the course.

You will benefit from this course if you eat. No seriously- the principles taught in this course are backed by science (with scientific articles included) and are applicable to *everyone. There is also a specific lesson if you have a health factor like menopause or insulin resistance or thyroid issues, etc.
